Nothing here commits you to anything. The point of the first two steps is simply to have the facts written down properly before anyone tries to make sense of them.

Start with plain language, in your own words. Sofia is an automated assistant that asks short, practical questions about the accident — when, where, what vehicles, what has happened since.

Organize facts and records
Your answers become an ordered summary: dates, the police report, vehicles, insurers you have heard from, and treatment you have received. Nothing is decided at this stage — it is a clean record of the facts.

Attorney review and next steps
If a Utah law firm accepts the matter for review, an attorney decides whether to speak with you. Any decision to take a case, sign an agreement, or settle anything is made by people, not software.

What Sofia does — and doesn't
- Sofia is an automated assistant. It asks structured questions and organizes your answers.
- Sofia is not a lawyer or a paralegal. It does not give legal advice, evaluate your case, or tell you what anything is worth.
- Sofia does not decide whether a lawyer takes your matter. People do that.
- Right now the live intake is not connected, so Sofia is not collecting accident or injury details on this site yet.
What gets organized
- When and where the accident happened, and the vehicles involved.
- Report numbers and which agency took the report.
- Insurers who have contacted you, and any claim numbers you already have.
- Care you have received so far, in the order you received it.
Who makes the decisions
- Review is subject to the receiving Utah law firm's acceptance; it is not guaranteed for every submission. If the firm accepts, its attorney decides whether to speak with you.
- Any engagement agreement is between you and that lawyer or firm.
- Any decision to settle, or not settle, is yours, with your lawyer's advice.
- CCL is a technology and administrative-support company and is never a party to that relationship.
