What this site is, plainly stated

Sofia is software. When the intake experience is live, Sofia asks structured questions and organizes your answers into a summary. Sofia is not a person, not a lawyer, and not a paralegal, and you are not talking to a human being when you are talking to Sofia.

Sofia does not give legal advice, does not tell you whether you have a claim, does not evaluate what a claim is worth, and does not decide whether a lawyer will take your matter. Automated tools can misread what you write, miss context, or produce an incomplete summary. Treat the output as a starting record, not as a conclusion.

Everything Sofia produces is reviewed by a person before any next step. A Utah attorney decides whether to speak with you and whether to accept a matter. Any engagement agreement, any negotiation, and any decision to settle involve people, not software.

We do not publish dated events unless a verified source supplies the date, time, location and a link, and any item whose end time has passed is removed automatically. Where no verified feed is connected, the page shows labelled outbound calendars instead of listings.

Photographs are real documentary photographs of each city from Wikimedia Commons, credited on the page with the photographer's name and the licence. No generated image is presented as a photograph, and there are no staged office or scene photos on this site.
